Obama continues to make huge mistakes on the campaign trail. He has now made this foot-in-mouth booboo about race. He insinuated that a 'typical white person' harbors racist feelings. I thought this guy transcended race? Hardly. I thought this guy united races? Hardly. The media has given Obama a free pass on this racist comment. It's unbelievable. What a hypocrite Obama is. Obama and his Trinity church just come across as a very ungrateful culture. When you look at everything this country has provided for them, and then you overlay that versus Jeremiah Wright's racist, America-hating rants, it just doesn't match up. The recent comment plus that leaking of Clinton with Wright have been sore points of his campaign. However, I'm not sure how this will matter in the grand scheme of things such as Iraq, the general economy, the escalating corruption in the financial sectors, foreign policy in the middle east...you know...Presidential topics the American people (typical White people, perhaps?) are deeply concerned about.

Black posters, tell me how you would feel if a white person called you a 'typical black person'? There would be some outrage, I can assure you of that. Using the phrase 'typical white person' is so incredibly offensive and racist. What if Hillary used the phrase a 'typical black person'? You'd have riots.
Or 3) That in the big scheme of things, if Obama had not added one adjective into that discourse (white), there would be no angle to exploit his verbal slips. The bad thing about this is that I think people are so used to a president that commits gaffes assumed to be accedental that's it's kinda've a shock to see someone so eloquent stuck using the wrong words. In the long run though, unless you're desperate to sling mud at Obama no matter what, this is more or less irrelevant.

It's very disingenuous to claim that Indians running gas stations is the equivalent of saying that the 'typical white person' is racist. Get real. Obama is just making mistake after mistake. At his core, he is overly focused on race and it is showing. Notice how in his speech on Tuesday, he pretty much blamed everyone except himself for racial insensitivity? Well, I guess those chickens just came home to ROOST. He's in big trouble over this remark. Expect to see it again. And again. And again. Obama's cover has been blown. Think there's a few libs out there that want their vote back? Uh.... yep. It's going to be tough to win in November when you alienate whites by slurring them. Very tough.
You should really e-mail the campaign and offer to help. In the face of an endless war, the breakdown of an unregulated banking system, a trillion dollar deficit, a health care crisis, an unsustainable energy supply, global warming, massive immigration, future water shortages, rising food costs; the Obama campaign might have missed the fact that nuanced slips of racial perceptions might be his biggest issue.
