help with tax return

does any1 know how i can claim the stimulus package refund?

i am working on my taxes now but will only get portion of fed tax back and nothin about that extra check that every1 is supposed to get

by filing your taxes you automatically enroll for the fiscal package. The checks for that package will be arriving in the first two weeks of may. You might want to look over the qualifications to determine how much your eligible, but other than that, your filing in itself takes care of the stimulus rebate.

so the rfund it shows i will get is not the whole thing? iam single and a college student but dont know how much i get

your refund is what it is. the fiscal stimulus package is separate and will come later but is dependent on you filing your taxes. That is essentially how you sign up to receive it.

unless you OWE money....if you do, i understand that the stimulus check will be credited towards the balance you owe.
