I don't know if this has already been posted. But I was wondering if any of you would be interested in maybe purchasing season tickets as a group to represent this site at the Toyota Center? It's just a thought...I don't know if anyone would be willing...but if your not...then just leave it be....move on to the next thread
Not so much impractical vs improbable. The issue being buying a grouped area o tickets. I feel we should have another Red Rowdies section on the opposite end of the court. That way, we can do split chants from across the court! Be kinda like "civil war" era communication via trumpet or drums to get both sides on the proper chant.
I like both ideas (clutchfans section and opposite red rowdy section). If there was a way it could be organized right, I would do it.
I guess we would also have to find out from Clutch if he would be okay with a group of us representing his site at the TCenter?
Im not totally sure it is as improbable as one might think at first glance. Everyone that has season tickets needs to agree on what section, and then talk to your ticket rep when you buy your tix. Tell em you want in the section that has been agreed upon.
It is alot more awkward to introduce yourself as a internet moniker than you might think. I dont volunteer my nick unless asked directly, I introduce myself by my given name....it just seems weird. but it is alot of fun to watch with people who are just as fanatical as you are...that is something that is tough to find amongst the general populace. If you ever get the chance to do it, do it. (same goes for watching amongst the Rowdies, TONS of fun)
this is just a wild thought i been having for a while...........what if all the members at clutchfans went to one of the rockets game! that would be crazy......imagine the atmosphere at tc....die hard rocket fans!
Hmmm...You would think a good sales person @ the Toyota Center has a name here @ clutchfans!!! Show yourself!!! And possibly make some good $$$
yeah and each end of the court could have a name and go back and forth like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baFNflES88w one end (the north bank end) is chanting: We're the North Bank We're the North Bank We're the North Bank Highbury and the clock end is chanting: We're the Clock End We're the Clock End We're the Clock End Highbury a vid from their vantage point: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jESMO6AKOjw
I don't think I would have to identify myself as my moniker. I am sure that yall would know who I was simply by the player jersey I would be wearing Maybe yall should get a ticket rep and find out the plausibility of a large section of season tickets and do it now while they have playoff tickets as part of the mix.
I'm pretty sure that we don't look much alike, but I have Hayes jersey that I wear often, and I know that I've met other Clutchfans at games in Hayes' jerseys. (Unless you're planning to wear a Chuck Hayes Kentucky jersey, then you'll probably be alone.)
Master Baiter seemed to have no problem introducing himself last night. He was even shaking hands with everyone who would shake with him. It is actually funny to watch. Eye contact, hands start to extend, "Hi, I'm Master Baiter." His had still out there, the other hand hesitates - slowly goes forward, firm (very firm) handshake ensues. Happened everytime, I swear.
