I think we can make it and i think Utah will be one of the teams that will be easier to beat without Yao, Scola and Hayes have both shown that they can contain Boozer, also we will (almost sure) have home court advantage against them because they get the benefit of Division leaders to get the 4th seed (if not they will be actually 7th).

Let´s get past the first round for the first time in years!!

before yao went out I wanted to play utah...now that I think about it, you're right -- I STILL want utah. REVENGE.

Making to the 5th seed without Yao, and revenge Utah by taking them out in the first round? If that happens, it would be one of the greatest sports story ever told.

i love this plan. its one of the view matchups in the playoffs that could actually work. they don't have that huge inside presence we can't guard without yao.

5th seed with home court right? Utah has a tough schedule and they can't seem to win on the road at all.. Looks like it's going to be utah with the 7th worst record at 4th seed...

I'd love to play Utah again...however, if we lose the series again, I don't care if T-Mac averages 50 ppg, he ought to be blamed and shipped out of here. We should've traded him for Kobe when we had the chance earlier this year.

That would be sweet if we had a rematch with Utah and beat them this time around. Without Yao Ming to boot.

They'd be a handful though. Hell, the only game we've lost in the past month and change is against the Jazz. And Yao was out in that one.

Love to play against Utah. The secret is let Boozer get off, put Shane on Williams, let Rafer hold the 2 guard Brewer, and Tmac on Kirelinko, Scola or Landry on Okur, and Deke on Booz.

Shane will keep Williams numbers down and let Booz get his. We must shut everyone else down. I don't like Scola's D on the perimeter.

the only player boozer can get off on this team is yao. he cannot score against hayes and scola will probably irritate him. but we'll stick hayes on him and scola/landry on okur.

no more dfish to irritate tmac like a pest. everybody else on this team has zero chance v. him.

deron never dominate us.

we match up with them pretty well now.

derek fisher and gordon giricek bothered tmac, neither are here this year.
