The article was posted in another thread, but the quote was not. I think it has some entertainment value.

That's funny Yao. But you should give a lesson to the tiny man Robinson for eating your defense last night. :)

    Hilarious!

David Lee deserves to be on a better team. He hustles night after night for a horrible, selfish team.

Totally agree. I think many others would be so demoralized by the culture of the team that they would mail it in every night.

I don't think the Knicks will ever let him go... he's the only player on the team that the people actually like.

Though you are right, I feel sorry for him too.

Wouldn't it have been funnier if Yao really said "They brough out you again?"

    And the last part...

    -----

Yao put an exclamation point on his night when he dunked right over Rose in the third quarter. Rose was whistled for a foul, and Yao hit the subsequent free throw to tie the game at 67 with 3:30 to go in the third.

Said Rose: "I turned around and all I saw was Yao."

Lee should have said; "well Isiah didn't want to put Nate on you since he stuffed it down your throat last year, the Chinese fans coming to see you are all we've got".

I saw David Lee at Treasures the night the Rockets played the Knicks here in Houston.

Didn't have a chance to say what's up or anything....he was with another Knick whose name escapes me. They went straight up to VIP.

Wouldn't mind seeing a guy like Lee in Rocket red. That dude hustles his butt off.

    100% Agree ...

On a side note what ever happened to the Thread after the game called Post Comments like from players and coaches? I use to see it last season a lot but this season there isn't a post comment thread? I Loved those.
