I'm still stinging over the Rockets loss but I feel redeemed after the Kings go up 2 games to 1 on the Jazz, beating them 84-81 in OT Wednesday night.

Did I ever tell you how much I LOVE Todd Fuller? Check out how many FT's he missed to seal the Kings win: 2.

God I love the Kings, I really hope they take the series but knowing the JAzz they always ruin the party.

Was anybody else nervous for the Kings?

I was in my car at the time and boy was I bitting my nails , I truly want the kings to win just so the freeking Jazz take an early vacation. Give them some credit , the Kings have truly come up to play , if they keep it up we can consider the Jazz goners.....

lets hope the Jazz don't spoil the party.

Unbelievable. Unbelievable! I'm not gonna say that Sac will win, but to think that if the Jazz do win, they had to take the Kings to 5! WoW.

Game 4 is a must win for Sacramento, you don't wanna go back to Utah. . .

Was AWESOME last night!

I've got that feeling just like I did last year when we beat them in Game 3. Being up 2-1 is fantastic but it's all for naught if they fall at home in Game 4.

I'm pulling for you Sacramento!

Two points:

1) Misery(Rocks)loves company(Utah). I say, if we go, they MUST go.

2) You don't think they were celebrating seeing the Rockets get hammered on Tuesday?

Typical bully theory being played out. You smash a bully in the mouth, you get his respect. The other side of that is the bully might come back and beat your ass.

Here hoping that the Kings close it out.

Clutch, I told you that the Kings could in this series.
They give Utah a lot of matchup problems and when they decide to play some defense and be aggressive they are scary.

Go Kings!!!

PS. Let's hope that our guys can follow the example set by Sacramento and bring some energy tonight.

You know it's a rough season when you hope the Rockets can emulate the Kings.

LOOK AT THIS! hehe.... this is just too damn funny! Look at Jazz VP Scott Layden:

Jazz Rain Cain over NBA decision not to fine Webber

He completely loses his cool.

And Jerry Sloan -- who in the HELL is he kidding when he said this:

"If [Webber] would have said he intentionally went out and done something like that, he would have been suspended -- by me.... If one of our guys ever did what [Webber] did, he'd have to deal with my ass, because I'd rather get beat than have our players pull stuff like that."

Don't kid yourself, Jerry.

The Utah Jazz are the biggest bunch of hypocritical, cheap-shot, whining, self-promoting schmucks the game has ever seen.

PS. Go read the Salt Lake Tribune recap of Game 3. They blame the loss on the refs being blind to the Kings' cheap and dirty tactics. Is this a RIOT or what?

Obviously, the NBA does not need the Jazz anymore ...

A new champion has already been selected ... and it's NOT the Kings.

Of course, that's just a theory.

I hate that team with a passion...

I really, really do. And if somehow they escape and win a title, I don't think I can watch basketball next year and hear the words "Defending NBA Champi...Champi...Champi...

See, it won't even come out!

You have that right, grummett. About two hours before the Rockets played the Lakers on Tuesday I started getting really nervous. I found myself excited about the game last night, anticipating the Kings to come out really fired up. Even the few times we've seen the Rockets really fired up this year, they've fizzled out.

Watching the Kings play last night reminded me of the "Rockets of the Heart of a Champion" days. If they keep playing like that they deserve it all. It was really inspiring to see them give it to the Jazz. Were they dirty? It depends on how you look at it. The played the way they had to. They met the Jazz on their level. I LOVE it!!!

'But that's like the pot calling the kettle black.'

This was Webber's response to the Jazz' indignation over his 'premeditated' foul the other day. I think that one line sums up the whole discussion.

It's hilarious to read the Jazzholes complaining about 'rough' fouls when Malone wrote the book AND Cliff Notes to hard fouls and stitches.

Chris Webber is now one of my favorite players in the league if there ever was a non-Rocket favorite that hasn't already been a Rocket!

I love it! Keep it up! Go SAC!! Sack the Jazz!!!!!

A totally revamped roster. No practice time. A rookie point guard. Illegal moving picks. Flopping. Dirty play. Preferential treatment by the refs. No playoff experience as a team. The Kings have overcome, so far, all the convenient excuses that other teams use so often and have the Jazz on the brink. They are playing with an intensity that our boys can only dream about. Vlade Divac, playing under immense personal pressure and with a stitched up face, redefined the term "clutch performance" last night. They may still lose in the end, but this series shows that if you play with passion, you always have a chance.

The series isn't over yet, but I'd just like to point out that I picked the Kings to win it before the playoffs started in a playoffs prediction post--it's wonderful watching the Jazz fall.

That little bastard Stockton looked impotent as he vainly attempted to play with the flash of Jason Williams--I think that's the first time I've ever seen Stockton attempt a crossover, which he of course screwed up.
