Now you know the root cause that leads to our recent record... Accroding to sina.com, Shane Battier brought his video game "Guitar Hero 3" and "Rock Band" to the locker room and have fun with his teammates. So our million-dollar paid Rockets players turned their locker room into a band room. Aaron Brooks is in one of the photo, not sure when the photos were taken.
If they play Grand Theft Auto, they can become aggressive If they play Dance Dance Revolution, they can improve their lateral quickness and strengthen their leg muscles. What good can Guitar Hero and Rock Band do to them? Improve their rythem?
Freemaniam You beat me out on this. I was just about to post these photos plus Shane Battier's personal blog on sina.com. And I have this question for you guys..... My question is: If Jeff Van Gundy is still with us, will he tolerate such behaviors of the Rockets in the players' changing room? Not sure if I'm the only one..... Looks like very much lack of discipline for these Rockets !!
thats freakin awesome! who cares if they're havin some fun in the locker room. big deal. if anything, they're growing bonds while improving they're hand eye coordination.
Big Yao is probably working in the gym. He used to do that right after every game for at least 1/2 an hour or so, before coming back for his bath or press/media interview.
Yeah, he is. Did you guys here him being wired up? He was very encouraging which is what I figured he was like but I never saw it because they hardly ever show him. But when he was on the bench he was cheering everyone on. It also seemed like he started the team off before the game when they were huddled and was the one to start the, "123 Rockets" before he said a few encouraging words. I always thought he should be the leader of this team and I hope he steps it up a little more. Yao has been doing a good job of it but probably can't get his point across like Shane can. The good thing is they both can lead by example as well as verbal.
