Why does LA have two NBA teams? Surely the Clips would have more of a chance to flourish and garner a larger fan base elsewhere. I'm sure their are some die-hard Clip fans who resent the Lakers flashyness (<-SP?) and show-boating. I've always felt sorry for the Clips, as they surely feel like they always have and always will be 2nd fiddle to the Lakers.

My insight is that Donald Sterling is an idiot. Even being in Anaheim would be better than being the second NBA team at Staples, but Sterling turned down overtures from Arrowhead Pond officials. The Clippers situation is one that I will never be able to figure out.

The Clips owner must be stupid. They will never flourish in LA, not with the Lakers being the NBA/NBC little darlings, anyway.
