How about them Yankees? I guess even w/o the beard and the hair, he still is a savior (ya'll know what savior i'm talkin about!)
I'm surprised it took this long to post this. Who are you? Enjoy it Yankee fans. The series, and Joe Torre's run as Yankee manager, ends tonight. Wang on 3 days rest will be throwing softballs tonight.
And can I say that it just astounds me that a man who has guided the Yankees to 13 consecutive playoff spots would have his job in question. Only in New York
When you're paying $195 million to watch your team get destroyed in 3 consecutive ALDS', then your job should be on the line.
Well he is 70% to do with it and 30% of it is the rivalry aspect. I just have always hated teams that have had pompous asses as their owners. That is also why I hate the Cowboys (Jerry Jones), the Raiders (Al Davis), and the Lakers (Jerry Buss) so much.
I like Jerry Jones. You ever notice on King of the Hill they talk about the Longhorns, Aggies, and Cowboys...they even talk about Houston being the closest city to Arlen and that is where Cotton Hill lives, but they never mention Bob's team.
