    Vick Fails Marjiuana Test
    Judge Restricts Vick To Home, Monitoring Device

    RICHMOND, Va. -- Stricter release conditions were imposed on Michael Vick on Wednesday after he tested positive for mar1juana use on Sept. 13.

    Judge Henry E. Hudson restricted Vick to his home every day from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the request of Vick's probation officer, Patricia Locket-Ross.

    Vick will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device to ensure his compliance with the order, court documents said.

    Judge Hudson also ordered that Vick continue to participate in substance abuse and mental health counseling.


    Vick is awaiting sentencing on Dec. 10 after he pleaded guilty in August to federal dogfighting charges. Vick faces up to five years in prison for those charges.

    Tuesday, a Surry County grand jury indicted Vick on state dogfighting charges. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison in addition to whatever federal prison time he may receive.

    I don't understand how people with everything can do such stupid **** and throw it all away. I mean....HOW! If you grew up rich then I guess I MIGHT understand. But if you grow up not having anything and living poor you should appreciate what you have and not do r****ded **** to mess that up.

    Vick needs to be kicked in the nuts.

    Guys we're talking about Ron "Herpes" Mexico. His life is already f'ed up. What's a joint gonna do? He's going to pound me in the ass federal prison and his NFL career is over under Dictator Goodell.

    It's not that he smoked weed. It's that all he had to do was attempt to be not r****ded for the next couple of months and he at least had a fighting chance to get off with a lighter sentence. Instead, he's now more likely to get the maximum.

    Look at my name. I clearly don't have a problem with any one smoking...if the situation is right. If you're on parole, probation or awaiting sentencing knowing they're going to test you, lighting up is probably the wrong thing to do.

    That last sentence is the understatement of the year! :) And it's absolutely correct.

    This isn't just another player smoking weed. It's a little bit different than that for Mike at this point.
