Here are Morey's quotes from the article:

"Steve (Novak) is someone we're very high on because of his shooting, his quickness, and his ability to shoot and move for someone his size," said Morey. "He's very, very unique. Actually there aren't a lot of comparables, but there also aren't a lot of comparables for the other aspects of the game he needs to work on. He needs to get bigger - he's working on that - and he needs to get stronger - he's working on that. He needs to work on his defense, his rebounding - he's someone who needs to work on a lot, but he always works hard. We have him as someone who we hope contributes to the team next season and we think he can. Both Jeff and Rick value shooting, though Rick may emphasize it a little more over some defensive integrity. That's not a value judgment, it's just the way it is. In the best possible world he'll be on the floor and contributing, but at the end of the day if we're a winning team and he's not on the floor, that's something we can live with."

Just out of curiousity, whatever happened to the really obnoxious 7-foot Russian kid in the Canadian high school -- the one that declared he was already one of the best players in the world? This was a couple of years or so ago.
