    Good point. And all teams have reputations as defense first. Even Cleveland, believe it or not. (Mike Brown has tried to push it as their forte this season especially.)

    uptempo offense may not get it done, but ****ty-ass offense went out in the 1st round, even backed up by great D. not really sure we need to make big changes or even if we'll find an upgrade to jvg, but it's not like he was leading us to titles or even wins over teams we were favored against.

    Where did I say anything about it being about fast pace, or offense only?

    I said balance.....man Sam is great at making crap up.

    Jazz were 7th in the league in scoring at over 100 a game. I know they have good defense, but the Rockets series really made them look as a non offensive team, and we have to remember Rockets have great D.

    Oh wait, maybe its the numerous playoff victories that Gundy led us to? :rolleyes:

    what wins games is scoring more than your opponent. we'd do well to remember that. i want to see how many more times a RA run team will do so than a JVG run team. i've seen enough of JVG.

    Where was Gundys ****ing defense in game six and seven?

    Our defense is so freakin fake. Slow tempo basketball that limits possessions which in turn results in low scoring games.

    Over a seven game series the other teams offense gets better and better against us. They figure out how to beat Gundy's awesome defense.

    Meanwhile Gundy sits on his ****ing ass and fails to make even one freakin adjustment.

    I'm sure he is a great guy, but the dude is not fit to coach an NBA team in this century.

    I'm sooooo glad he is gone! :D

    All four of those teams have one of two things going for them. They either have role players that don't suck ass, or they play in the Eastern Conference...



    Unfortunately, the Rockets have neither of those things...
