Who would be the right coach to replace him?

The defense was tough and intense but the offense was stagnet and predictable. While looking at the playoffs I notice other teams in the league offense and I notice movement. Utah is setting picks in the lane giving players wide open layups. I think the Rockets need to have a better offensive system other than low post entry and iso plays. I understand you want the ball in your best players hands but you should have a system to give them the ball in a position to score not a position to create. So the question who can solve that problem?

Coaches on the Market
Rick Adleman a lot of movement on the offensive side of the ball but the worry of the defensive intesity is a concern with him as a coach

Paul Silas Very intense of the defensive side but offesively hes an iso typpe of coach

Larry Brown a lot of movement on offese and Very intense defense but he would end up leaving in 3 years for his next job

Stan (Ron Jeremy) Van Gundy Better than his brother offesively but not by much his defense is less intense than his brother but not by much

Who is the coach for this team??????????
