Haha decent beat, nothing spectacular.. sounds like any other club beats. Tony looks too pretty to be flowin'.. and is that Mr. Barry trying to look street? BWAHAHAHA! Btw, the cop scene towards the end was pretty stupid. *thumbs up* Tony should team up with fergie or Nelly Furtado... so at least I'd have something good to look at
AHAHAHAHHAHA... oh man.. so funny. French + rapping = automatically lame. Multi-millionaire NBA star + pretending he's 'street' = extra lame. Parker has probably never played a street game at night. Didn't he go to some world-renowned sports boarding school?
was that Horry in the video also? this mustve been made last year, because wasn't that Nazr Mohammed? man, this is some funny crap, my guess they probably just showed this in France.
I'm not gon' front, I actually liked it. However, my compurter is hooked up to a pretty badass system right now that makes a lot of sh*t sound better than it really is. I may hear this on a radio or television later and think it's horrible.
sounded alright. might be weird to some just cause you're not used to rapping in another language? (I'm not either, but seems fine to me)
From Wikipedia: Parker is an avid fan of hip-hop music and rap. He has released a French hip-hop album with producer Polygrafic (Sound Scientists). The first single from the album Top of the Game, featuring rapper Fabolous, was released in March 2007. The accompanying video features Spurs team mates Robert Horry, Tim Duncan and Brent Barry, as well as former team mate Nazr Mohammed.
As far as athletes trying to rap, that is actually not bad at all. I am sure this is going to devastate Tony Parker's career. Now all he has left to his name is two championships and Eva Longoria waiting for him back home. I am sure none of you envy him.
At least he's better than Kobe Bryant and Shaq and Artest.... Good god. That list makes me realize that they really should make it illegal for professional basketball players to rap.
Don't hate on Shaq, he can rap! http://profile.imeem.com/jT8yp/music/dkC2QYXt/you_cant_stop_the_reign/
French rap has a solid flow 2nd only to english (of course) -- that wasn't bad at all considering Tony is a sper. He's not Mc Solaar, but that is a solid effort.
