Just heard it on MSG during the nix game vs kings. Said nix gotta play without SF, coz he went back to Houston for Lucas

Don;t know it is a mor or ongoing trading, seems nix got to buy out SF to exchange John.

Didn't hear exact words, coz i was surfing online.

    WHAAAAAAAT?

Gotta mean something else ...

OK, found it ... <a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/front/story/485024p-408353c.html">Francis hobbles out of sight</a>

His most recent decision to rehab in Houston is odd since the Knicks employ a full-time strength and conditioning coach and have all the resources to treat Francis. Francis will train with former NBA player and coach John Lucas. Yet Thomas supported Francis' decision to leave the team to rehab.

"(Lucas' staff members) know his body and we're out here on the road, so he's not necessarily getting enough time out here on the road," Thomas said before yesterday's practice in Sacramento. When asked on Sunday if he believes his future is in New York, Francis said, "Yeah, definitely. I definitely feel that."

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you aren't trying to yank chains around here. FYI: He's in Houston rehabbing with John Lucas Jr.

Stevie is going to shut it down for a few months, his knee tendenitis is killing him and he's not able to play. What you probably heard is that he's headed home to Houston to rehab with JL3s dad John Lucas.

    Glad Stevie doesn't need surgery.

I have it on right now, and they said he's in houston rehabbing his knee, as was reported in the New York Times this morning.

this version sounds reasonable, they didn't say Jr or Sr anyway.

Clearly someone is confusing New Years day with April Fool's day. They both occur on the 1st of the month ya know....
