I was watching all of the videos I have downloaded that have been created by past Clutchfans members and I was wondering does everyone here think the hand gesture that was used by Sura, Barry, and the rest of 04-05 Rockets should be used again this season. I wouldn't mind if it did make a comeback because we now have a team that will be able to hit lots of threes this year. I can't wait for the season to start. :D

I never liked that gesture to begin with...It looked like a masturbation technique of some sort. I think Phoenix had a good one last year where Tim Thomas and those guys would always wave the hand in front of their face after they hit a 3.

It looked terrible and brought negative karma which resulted in last year's ruinous season.

    Banish the gesture forever.

that  was lame and stolen from g-unit.

    at least ours was original.

i wouldnt mind seeing it come back, but i think that gesture was a special bond between barry, sura, wesley, etc. who are now all gone.

if sura does make it back it would be acceptable for him to pick up the torch, but i dont see any of the remaining players bringing that back.

I think the Barry/Sura gesture might well have sexual connotations. Barry was asked about the origin of the gesture on the radio and chuckled and refused to answer.

i hate stuff like that - its just dumb and unprofessional. it also shows a degree of cockiness that only serves to fire up your opponents.

i was suprised jvg was letting them get away with that.

and it wasnt used during the entire 04-05 season. if i remember, it didnt start up till the end of the season - it got really out of hand in the dallas series and if you belive in karma you cant help but see a connection.

 .. I think u went a little too far doubting them... I dont think it did.
or could it be   ?
too bad we traded Rudy-G.. we would've had the dynamic duo of Gay-Head and I am sure Sura will be happy to introduce them to that gesture.. :D

I want them to bring back the wolf pack gesture from the Francis/Mobley/Moochie/Walt/Dream era.

i think if sura comes back from microfracture surgery and drains threes he can make whatever hand gesture he pleases

The gesture died when the Barry boy left our team.

I actually liked that hand gesture... maybe I'm alone on this. I thought it was better than what Matt Bullard had. Plus it bonded our boys together at the end of the season, despite game 7.

I wanna see Brokeback Novak come up with a new one for every 3 he drills in.
Something good. Make him earn that Brokeback Novak status :D
