Yes, sadly I think you are right. I think it is wrong, first because - it is wrong - and secondly, because it makes it so much easier for hate preachers to preach their hate. They can always point to these things and stir up more hate. We have to be better than the bad guys and should not stoop to their level of methods.

Our military has essentially been given immunity from all accountability. First Patriot Act, then NDAA, now this nail in the coffin in our common law system.
