Its summertime, people suppose to get horny.
Wait, I'm pretty sure you just answered your own question. This might be the most pointless thread I've ever posted in.

Maybe you should pray for it like the good folks in Lubbock are doing.

LUBBOCK, Texas, July 24 (UPI) -- Public officials in Lubbock, Texas, are organizing a day to pray for rain.
"Nobody is going to tell God what to do and what not to do, but we are in a serious drought in West Texas and since he is the man who controls the rain clouds, we're asking him for his mercy and his help," Mayor David Miller told the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.
The City Council and the Lubbock County commissioners are expected to adopt resolutions this week asking local residents to both pray and fast for rain this Sunday.
So far this year, Lubbock has received about half of its normal 10 inches. In the weeks since June 1, the growing season for cotton, rainfall has been a scant .75 inches, far less than the normal 4.43 inches.
Officials have tried prayers before and say they were answered. In January 2004, after a year of drought, the city and county set aside a Sunday to pray for rain and got the second-wettest year since records have been kept.

I wish it would go to Lubbock and get the hell out of Houston.
Braes Bayou is halfway between the concrete and the surface. My neighborhood was starting to see minor flooding.
If this keeps up all day, I'm splitting early to float home.

Pray for Rain, the sky is dry and so am I, so I
Pray for Rain, wonder when it will ever rain again and
I'm just like everyone, I try to live my life
Right on the borderline of what is wrong and what is right
Why don't it rain ? Pray for rain

Does anybody else find it weird that Lubbock has a newspaper called the Avalanche-Journal? Shouldn't that be the name of Denver's paper?

Well, I'd also be willing to stay all day if it meant no flooding.
My team lead just got to the office to learn from his wife that their house out in Mission Bend is flooding.
Tell the Moms I said happy birthday!

My neighborhood is flooding for the first time since I have lived here. Luckily, I'm at a high point as my corner is the only part of the street (within sight, anyway) without a foot of water. I'm just glad I bought flood insurance for the first time ever.
