The Nugs grossly overpaid for Nene. 10 mill a year?

Jesus...I can't believe they paid that much for Nene. I was thinking MLE type money would be more than enough for him coming off of a season ending injury!!

wow, that may be too much money on Nene, he's a good player but he's not worth 10 mil per year, especially since he's usually done for the season 20 games into the season, he's way too injury prone from wat im seein.

    Bird rights.

I guess Swift was a bargain compared to what Nene is getting.

Let me get this straight... The Nuggs just paid 10 mill a year to their backup 4/5 who was injured ALL LAST YEAR? Somewhere, Mo Taylor and Kelvin Cato are both laughing.

I have just liked Juwan that much more! Don't the Nuggets also have amiller at about $8-9 mil per? That is nuts...and the article even says they want to resign reggie evans!??? I don't think they realize guards are more valuable now than big men!

I think his last name is Hilario.

But yeah, that's wack. Denver letting the cash flow freely.

His full name is Nene Hilario.

Nuggets4, can't wait for your comment. This proves to me the Nuggets are an out of control train heading for a wreck. Nene is no better than Dalembert; just add a few pounds. LOL. Plus the injury thing. Another player being paid based on "potential".

My prediction on Nene's stat line next season (if he doesn't get hurt):
    30 mins/12 pts/6 rebs per game.

no thats his name, he's brazillian and like most brazillians he changes his name to just one name, when he was drafted he was Nene Halario but during he's second year he changed it to just nene.

    its like Ronaldo, or Rohnodino.

His real name is Maybyner Rodney Hilario. For example Kaka's (Brazilian midfielder) real name is Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, or something like that.
