Interesting. I like Carney and think he would be a good pick at #8 if available. Don't forget that TMac was the guy who highly recommended Marquis Daniels to NBA teams a couple years back, looks like he was right.

Carney would be my guy if he there at 8. Dude is what we need. Athletic, speed, and size at the wing and he could shoot.

Sign and trade Bowen and JHOw for James.

Sign Tim Thomas. He said he'll play for the minimum.

    Start Swift.

    I doubt Fazekas will stay b/c he's a likely late 1st/early 2nd.

    Don't forget about Sura.

Tim Thomas said he'll play for the minimum for the Suns in the article. He highly praised them and their future.

I don't think our 05-06 season showcased anything to Tim and he probably thinks we are a sorry team. Not to mention it won't be a "videogame" to him with JVG here.

Yes T-Mac was big on Marquis, but I also loved what I saw from him in the tourney that year when they played their first two games in Tampa. I couldn't understand why he went undrafted. He played like he does for Dallas. I did not like what I saw from Carney in the tourney though. He just seems to be mentally weak and guys like that end up being huge disappontments in the NBA regardless of their athletic ability. Unlike Rudy Gay who is just unselfish to a fault, Carney isn't unselfish, he just shrinks.

Oh wow, T-Mac has a brother who balls. Nice.
I wonder if hes any good. Would be pretty hot if T-Mac taught him to be sweet like him and Rockets picked him up.
Good news that Carney is building a relationship with T-Mac, could give Rockets inside info and assess his value.

Tracy also said he would turn Stromile Swift into an All-Star so Tracy's personnel acumen needs a little work.

Tracy’s extended family incudes six younger stepbrothers and stepsisters. He is close with many of them, including a half-brother named Chance. When Chance’s mother fell severely ill with cancer in the summer of 2000, Tracy insisted that the teenager move in with him. He then worked with Chance to deal with the stress.

Living in a hotel? I'm sure it wouldn't hurt T-Mac to offer one of his 3984237 rooms in his mansion...

Amen. I love McGrady's game, but so far, when it comes to personnel judgments, he's right up there with Michael "Kwame" Jordan.

the good news is that Tracy's back feels well enough that he is doing active work outs. It doesn't matter who it is with.

If Toronto cant resign James, they could just let him walk or get a better trade than Howard/Bowen.

So Tim Thomas thinks Rockets has a better chance winning a championship next season than Suns?

We ARE at the early 2nd.(2nd overall of 2nd round pick)
