Hi all. If don't know what Lateral Thinking Puzzles are, they are basically riddles with a pretty convaluted backstory in order to fulfill the clues. The guessers ask yes/no questions in order to figure out the entire story. The most well know example of this is probably the following: "A man lives on the tenth floor of a building. Every day he takes the elevator to go down to the ground floor to go to work or to go shopping. When he returns he takes the elevator to the seventh floor and walks up the stairs to reach his apartment on the tenth floor. (Except when it rains, in which case he takes the elevator all the way up.) He hates walking so why does he do it?" The answer being that he's a dwarf that can't reach the tenth floor button, except when he has his umbrella. You can find more info and examples here: http://brainyplanet.com/index.php/Lateral Solution?PHPSESSID=720afe4e5544dd69e61622bc1992d0df So I wanted to set up a game, with freshly thought up puzzles (so you can't just google the answers). So I'll give you a clue, and you ask me yes/no questions about it in order to figure out what the solution is. I'll answer with yes, no, or "doesn't matter". If things bog down I'll maybe give some additional clues. But you're a smart group. It shouldn't be necessary. Puzzle #1 There is nowhere to run. Some will Scream. Others Are going to Perish. Remember. You can only ask Yes/No Question. Have fun. Status for Puzzle #1: Solved. It's Snakes on a Plane.
