I'm thinking Two Rows may be a good idea. They have $1 beers tonight and they have plenty of TVs. I'm curious where everyone else is watching it.

At home, HD is the only way to go.

Plus, I don't want to get jacked for cheering for USC.

I'm surprised you're not getting jacked on the board.

It should be a fun game.

I was only kidding. I go to The Palace by myself at 4 in the morning and don't get jacked, so I'm not worried by a few drunk UT fans.

Besides, I'm a fan of money, not UT or USC. I don't really care who wins. To be fair, if I had no stake in the game, I'd root for a Texas team to win.

I'll be the only USC supporter in a house full of Longhorn fans. We've had a kegger planned for tonight since last month. Hopefully the game is as good as the Shiner!

All the bars and restaurants showing the game will be packed. Long lines and waits and possibly poor TV viewing angles = watch at home.

I wonder if any places will charge cover.

ummm... in my house... I'll have it on in the background but I don't plan to be glued to the screen unless I'm feeling really lazy. It's not that big a deal to me.

No kidding. I don't want to go anywhere near a sportsbar tonight. I'm trying to talk my buddies into watching it at one of their houses but if they want to go somewhere to watch it, I'll probably just stay home.

I wish I was in Austin, but I'm in New York right now. Will probably watch the game at home. Ugh. At least I have a UT T-shirt on.

Like WhoMikeJames, Coma, Harrisment, at home on my 53" HDTV.

I just went to a friend's house last night and he has TWCable and I can tell you HDTV on cable does NOT look like over-the-air HDTV on regular tv. It looks BAD. :( Someone tell me I am wrong.

Does anyone have an HDTV stand-alone receiver to witness what I am saying?
