The oil was seen in a flyover to the Venice area by the Department of Environmental Quality. “Two tanks with the capacity of holding 2 million barrels appear to be leaking,” the department said in a statement. No further details were given.
Heavy oil isn't highly flammable, but it is flammable. All we would need is for that slick to come in contact w/ one of the fires.
