NBA moving logo to back of jerseys

    Yep. Tickets go up and theres more and more ads every year.

    I have no problem with ads on jerseys- but it be great if they had no commercials in exchange. Too bad that wont happen.

    Doesn't that take the spot some teams use for a small secondary logo -- like the star on the back of the Mavs' jersies?

    18 teams used to have a team logo on the back. it makes no sense to have the NBA logo there, greedy ass bastards

    Perhaps secondary logos will now be where the current NBA logo is, hence the Rockets' new secondary logo.

    To be honest the jerseys do look "cleaner" without the NBA logo on the front. It could actually be for "stylistic" reasons as they say. Still better than "basketball reasons"

    Interesting idea, but I don't know about a gold tab. Seems a little lame. At least our Rockets will be sporting one. :grin:

    I think a gold NBA logo for the defending champs is more than enough.
