The key thing is that Lebron is getting all the hype, and yet the dude barely makes the top 50.

I do agree that they should also factor in how a team performs in their calculation. A 20-10 guy in a top 3 Western conference team is much more valuable than a player on, say Chicago, with similar number.

And the calculation should also be skewed to weigh the recent games more than the older games to reflect what a player does recently than what he used to do.
