Really useless to speculate that much how someone will heal. Just another annoying thing that we have to wait for.

Yea what Rick Smith says in January means doo doo to me. Let's see what they say come June before anyone should get any hopes up.

I was so pumped to see Clowney play for the Texans that last season was a huge disappointment. I'm now going in with the expectation that he's done so anything we get out of him will be a positive in my eyes.

Was the size of Clowney's microfracture repaired area ever released? Just curious since this would give us an idea if he could ever be productive again.

Nope, however the timeline for recovery and their suggestion that he'd make a full recovery would suggest it was a small area in a good spot....unless they were just lying which is also possible.

Since none of us know the size of the area and the specific location none of us have any clue as to when or if he'll recover. At this point, your opinion is pretty much tied to your outlook for the team. If you think the glass is half full, you think he'll recover at some point this season, if you think it's half full you don't think he'll recover this season, if you don't think there is a glass at all you think he'll never recover.
