    Bodybuilders don't train like that.

Gym Bros train like that.......look at that split. Not a single leg has ever been trained lol

Actually, my legs were naturally big so I got lucky there. But, no I didn't skip leg day. I was playing football at the time as tailback so leg day was ultra important for me.

Dwight needs medical sciences to come to the rescue. Perhaps they could fashion an exoskeleton or some sort of Bane mask that injects him with steroids and pain killers. We need this guy to hold up and get back to clown stomp mode for at least another few years.

Honestly I am seriously wondering about our conditioning coach. Do we pick up injured superstars or os ot our staff? I wonder if Dwight can get the same treatment on his shoulders that he got on his knees to rebuild his shoulders.

    Tailback huh?

Ghost of Akeem: "Coach, put me in!"
Coach: "Boy, get your tail back on that bench..."

Well, Darryl Eto was the strength and conditioning director last year. He left after last year.

Seriously shut up. If your mechanics are right lifting is VERY good for protecting your joints.

Dwight already had a back problem. He tore a muscle in that shoulder also...so yeah, he came in with issues. When we got him, the staff said he had some imbalances in his hamstrings and glutes, IIRC. Many thought he'd never be much better than he was in LA, but our staff got him a lot better. He's got room for improvement though.
