But, I do not think the rockets has enough cap room to require another one. If the rockets retained Parsons, then can use him to trade for a 3rd star later, the problem is that the Parsons contract is untradeable in Morey mind, so they let him go even although Morey said on the radio that Chandler is not going anywhere.
