Any places you guys recommend? preferably as close to inside the loop as possible...

This is as opposed to going to like home depot or something on the assumption that their trees are probably not as good? Or should i just save myself the trouble and in fact go to home depot?

We usually put ours in the living room, but not *too* close to the fireplace.

Dining room in front of the window so people can see it from outside.

In the past we would put it in the sitting area by the front door for the same reason, but this year we went with the living room.

This strikes entirely too close to home.

Drive down Westheimer or Richmond west of the loop, there used to be a tree lot every mile or so.
