    The only reason why he isn't signing the extension is because he wants to sign for the Rockets. It's pretty obvious.

    Yep. Odds are we don't get either so you take your shot at Conley, and then if it succeeds, great. If not, you go for Durant.

    Don't see either as real possibilities, though.

    he's waiting for the 2016 salary cap bump to get a super-max deal.

    he's not looking to leave memphis, just wants more money next summer.
