    lol

Not for West. So far Morey has stayed close to having maximum flex possible and just don't see him changing right now unless he can get a team friendly contract for a good player.

Rockets are non-taxpaying team and would still be a non-taxpaying team after the deal. Rockets can receive incoming salaries of 150% of outgoing salary +100,000 provided outgoing salary is less than 9.8 million. Therefore, the Rockets would need outgoing salary slightly less than 8 million to be within trade rules.

On the deal as proposed, I think there is no way the Pacers do it. Hill and West come from the best defensive team in the league and are a big part of why the Pacers were the top defensive rebounding team. Rockets would likely be a top 2 defense after the trade. However, Rockets would likely be locked into that roster for 2 years. I think Rockets would do it if they money dedicate to West and Hill's contract were fungible (i.e. West and Hill could be traded for cap space).

Mil in Tjones, 1 N/O Pick, Kostas
    Mil out Middleton, Sova

    Houston

    Bev/ Cannon
    Harden/Terry
    Ariza/Middleton
    Sova/Middleton/Dmo
    D12/dmo

Would rather trade Kostas, because Terry is to valuable to our team right now. Cant teach vet leadership

Your animosity toward Papanikolau is baffling. Sure, his shooting percentage can come up, but he's BRAND NEW to the NBA; and his passing is already excellent.

But yes, let's keep 37 year-old, no-defense, expiring contract Jason Terry.

naw me and kostas are cool, as of right this second terry gets playing time over kostas. Terry gives more to the team right now then kostas, thats my opinion. this isnt anything against Kostas at all.

Dude, the Pels pick is our ace in the hole. We're NOT giving that up to bring in salary that scuttles our 2015 cap space. MIL says yes to this trade yesterday. Morey laughs at how ridiculous it is.

Capella, Terrence, Powell, Covington, 15 & 16 second rounders to Toronto for Amir Johnson and the lower of theirs or the Knicks 2016 first round draft picks.

West expires by the time we make a push for Durant as does Hill.

Let's not kid ourselves here. West would make us better. Hill off the bench behind Beverly makes us better. Not saying this will or is likely to happen but it would certainly make us better.

Damn Ed Davis looks like a beast. Why didn't Morey go after this guy? He's signed for the minimum. He plays solid defense.

I think Morey would have to start having free open bars at the games if he did this.

    Taj Gibson

Maybe Chi doesn't want to pay $8 mil to a backup PF.

Gibson is definitely a starter. Shifts our team to full on Defense.

Trade when Terry is tradeable in Nov.

    Terry, Jones, Motie, Pelie's pick.
