Screaming A is reporting there is a deal in place for AI to be traded for Billups, Mcdyess and other contract fillers.

The Rockets need to jump in there and offer McGrady for Iverson. It's worth a shot.

Just saw this and I feel like flavor flav. WOWWWWWWWWWWW

I don't really know if it is a good trade for Detroit. Great deal for Denver though.

Despite being a huge AI fan, and very worried about TMac's health, I'd still pass.

Sucks for Philly fans to see a franchise favorite play for a rival...for the love of the game, I hope it doesn't go down.

The Rockets have already proven they're better when McGrady is sitting. Iverson would give us everything McGrady was supposed to, and more.

What is this, McDyess's third stint with Denver? Is that a record?

    It looks like it's confirmed.

Denver still wouldn't be as good as the Rockets, Lakers, Hornets, or healthy Spurs teams so it doesn't affect us unless we face them in the 1st round which is possible.

Why are people on this board still stupid enough to want to move T mac for Iverson.

When did they prove that to you? The second game of this young season? I guess the last three years is not enough for you?

Sometimes I wonder if you are posting from a mental institution? Please tell me yes so I can stop wrecking my brain.

AI is a baller. Tracy is a bawler.

I have been biting my tongue since Friday on this one.

To say I'm on cloud 9 would be an understatement.

huh, I actually like Billups, he'd be great for the Rockets (instead of freakin Marbury)

This trade means the Piston want to hasten the development and turning the keys over to Rodney Stuckey, they have no long term plans for AI

Ah shiet, AI's grittiness fits with Detroit fans. Great move for them.

I wonder how this will effect his play. I got him on my fantasy team...

    T-wack.
I don't see how everyone on this board see's him as one of the best players in the NBA when he shoots like 7-21 every night.
Then, last year everyone on this board was saying that Mcgrady was a great passer.
IIRC, T-wack averaged 5.8 assists per game last year, and Kobe who on this board is considered "arrogant" and a "ballhog' averaged 5.3 assists.

    But I guess he's not a playmaker.
I guess he's just an arrogant racist who hogs the ball in L.A and plays for the "Fakers".

I am struggling to understand the value of this trade from Detroit's perspective :/ .

No, no he is right. In addition, Barry, Brooks, and Hayes should close out all our games as well.
