well done medium well medium medium rare rare just curious? I like mine between medium and medium well. My only real preference is that it does not moo when I cut in to it.
Medium Rare to Medium. I used to get them well done, but my ex gf's sister's fiance showed me the difference. Life changing
Rare, sometimes medium rare if I don't feel like chewing forever. Love lots of blood to dip the pieces in.
growing up...there was so much pink is bad crapola out there. as a kid, I had it in my mind that steaks always had to be well done as a result. but, I was never a big steak eater and mostly I used to always get my burgers well done as a kid. but, medium is the way to go imo on burgers and steaks for that juicy goodness and taste. i don't like going to the rarer side. if you get sick, then you get sick and chalk it up to bad meat. I will say that fast food burgers....I still go well done because I just don't trust that meat as they had had several bouts of ecoli outbreaks in past years...which is why they always make sure to cook the meat through (I guess unless you request otherwise). But, Fuds or more upscale places...medium.
Medium rare. Too rare and the marbling doesn't have enough time to melt, well done and you might as well be eating beef jerky. Anything in between is personal preference
Well done. It's funny because people will actually get angry when you tell them that. Like it affects them in some way. It's just how I like my steak!
Right on the edge between rare to medium rare. But then again it also depends on the steak and the thickness of it.
I feel more like a man when I eat a well done steak because I have to chew a lot harder it really depends on the cut as well really. a well done ribeye is totally edible
