Tomorrow will be the deadline and Rockets are in need of trade. I really believe that the Rockets should get over EG and trade him and Mobley. They have to realize that Yao needs a solid PF to help him out. The change I believe would be enough to get the Rockets to the playoffs. I am not going to mention who to trade for, just make a move.
Even if this seems like the eleventh THOUSAND trade thread in a couple of days, my frustration is so great that I will support it: We absolutely HAVE to do something about the 4 and the 1. Mobley > Miller & Piatkowsky Rice & Griffin > Grant pull the trigger NOW for chrissakes!

You guys are dreaming! We simply do NOT have the talent to pull an Elton Brand trade. What do you guys prefer? Staying stuck with Rice, who is a poor excuse for the player he once was and the eternal promise of development of Eddie Griffin and our beloved jump shooting softie Mo at the 4? Something has to be done, and with the pieces we can offer, Brian Grant is obviously the best choice available. We are NOT going to be under the cap anytime soon, even if we let Rice's contract expire next season. Might as well improve the team then. Tell me, is there a 4 we could have a shot that is a better option than Grant? And spare me the bull about his contract.
