Help please - how do I restore the ICQ 2000b contact list?

I would be thankful for some help here...for some reason, my Windows 2000 profile was messed up - so the stuff on my desktop was gone etc...but also, I needed to enter my ICQ number again to use it...very strange...now I am wondering how I can get my contact list back - I hope it is not gone for good. Does anybody know what I have to do to keep using my old contact list without having to add all contacts manually again??

Just used my favorite search engine to find help and did find a page which contained a little utility that helped me restore the list...puuh.
