NBA League Pass has just gone out of their ever-loving mind

Watched the first preseason game on ballstreams and have to say the service is much improved from last year.

HD didn't work at all last year and today it worked fine. The interface even worked better with my chromecast.

Definitely recommend it for all Australian peeps who don't want to pay $400 for league pass.

 

I live out of state and got league pass for just the Rockets. I had reservations because my internet is terrible, but last night's game streamed perfectly! Although the application (regardless of device) is pretty clunky, really impressed by the streaming service.

Was able to catch the Astros on tv and Rockets game on my laptop

 

Yea it seems a lot better (so far) than it was a few years ago when I last had it. On the PS4 you can scroll through the video with ease and no buffering. Also it's great that they have all the Rockets preseason games, something they didn't have a few years ago as well.

 

for whatever reasons ballstreams is not working, hope the issues are resolved soon.

 

lol i am an iThings buyer but i dont buy league pass. I use other peoples account to view league pass online. Guess again.

 

The NBA used to offer their crappy radio broadcasts of games for free but they are charging 10 bucks for it this year. Bunch of greedy SOB's.

 

So I live like 3 hours from Houston and all Astro games played on Root Sports through Direct Tv. So far every rocket pre-season game has been blacked out and every time I call direct tv they just say "we don't know why it's blacked out in your area it shouldn't be" so now I don't know if I need the NBA league pass because direct tv can't give me a solid answer

 

Is ballstream not accepting members? I can't find any invitation link either.

 

They are having issues with their billing system, but it still works for active members.

I froze my account after the Rockets were knocked out because the finals were on ESPN and still have access until January. I think I'm one of the lucky few!

Anyone know how to get frre trail for PS4? I setup an account but when I try to sign in it says fail.

 

For people outside US (e.g. UK or Japan) who uses iOS device, there is a different NBA Game Time app that allows you to purchase full stream capability for all teams all games without blackout. You can project the stream from your iPhone/iPad to your TV with Airplay later.

Hint: VPN is cheaper than a plane ticket to London

My cable provider stopped carrying NBA TV (which really sucks). I get TNT, ESPN, and have league pass so I can catch most Rockets games except those on NBA TV. Is there a reliable place online I can watch NBA TV?

I really wish the NBA would just make the channel available on Apple TV too. Grrrrr...

 

It's not bad. Quality streaming. From laptop or set box it's great.

Not big fan of LP through cable companies. Some companies don't offer all HDTV streams

 

Seeing a nice generational divide going on here...

Would have bought Bball streams if it was available.
