Yes. Veteran McHale basher here. Gotta give him props for last year. He really excelled at folding the 3 midseason acquisitions into the team. That makes him a good match for Morey's wheeling and dealing. I'm less confident that he's the right guy for a stability year, if that's what this turns out to be.

Not sold on Dekker. He reeks of peaking in college. Harrell just the opposite -- I'm psyched about him, and shocked we were able to get him.

 

Same here. For some reason I'm more pleased with Harrell than Dekker.

Dekker shoots 52.5% FG% on 10.2 FGA per game and he's a chucker?

If that's your definition of a chucker then I hope he continues chucking for the Rockets.

 

They don't give the championship to the most respected team in the NBA.

They give it to the only team that can win 16 games in the playoff.

 

Dekker showed more game in college than Parson's did and I was big Parson's fan. The only question about Dekker is his defense. Can he cover anyone in the NBA.

This team is strong at every position except for PF and that scares me and could be the biggest obstacle to hold them back from a championship...

Honestly, I think Clippers, Warriors, and Us are the 3 teams that I think should be considered as potential champions.

Thunders and Spurs are like the same, they added one superstar (or coming back from injury) which it will take time for adjustments and gel. I do however give that edge to spurs as they have all the right pieces to get them going in one season. However, at the time in spurs case, they are just too old and Thunders are not deep enough outside of the two stars.

Rockets 20-1

So Clippers are more than 2 times more likely to win it all than the Rockets
The Thunder are more than 3 times more likely
And Spurs are 5 times more likely than the Rockets to win it all.

that clown ethan strauss blocked me on twitter, he is a warriors fanboy BIGTIME. I was telling him that the warriors are getting away with illegal pick plays and screens that free up curry, and that the rockets were the better team. Harden is more valuable, you give Harden those open shots and he'll look amazing too

We start the season on a 15 game winning streak, they will notice.
Each rocket has to man up and know this season is a make or break. The coaching staff needs to step up and get the best out of this team.

Bottom line is that the national media doesn't trust Harden and Howard to deliver, they can't bet the house on this team because we are a woulda coulda shoulda team...

I see this team and I say Its championship or bust.....that's what I believe....the addition of Ty is massive and IMO Will be Moreys defining move.
