It's too bad that Orlando won't call his bluff.

This is what I hate about the media and league officials sometimes. How is Howard [expletive] Orlando? By not ensuring they get something in return for him when he's a free agent? They are entitled to get something back if they help him get to his preferred team or get more $$. He owes them nothing. If he is willing to take a paycut to play where he wants to play more power to him.

Not if he goes to Jersey and they don't have to give up any assets to get him. This is what Melo should have done, but he wanted his $$.

Yeah, I always wondered why Dwight would just tell them, Trade me to NJ. NJ doesn't have much to offer in return and, in any case, they could just trade Lopez to another team and get draft picks/better players at the 4 or 3.

The NBA and those shoe contracts, I tell you.

Well in a way he is F'n with them. He is giving the Orlando Magic mixed signals. Did you read the whole article? It would be better for him to be straight up with the Magic and tell them he's going to the Nets. BUT if you read the article he doesn't even want to do that because he wants the Nets to keep all their assets. So in the end he is in a way f'n the magic.

What could the Nets have that the Magic would want in return, besides Humphries?

I think he has been pretty straight up with them. He's given them a list of teams that he would possibly resign with. What else do you expect him to do? He's not even a free agent yet. He still has a right to change his mind. He doesn't have to decide right now anyway.

But if that's considered f'n with them then I guess Morey has F'd with everyone on our roster, and the Lakers have been F'n with Gasol all season long.

I honestly would like the trade. Plus, the Nets would become better than the Knicks and help our draft position haha

Brook Lopez and draft picks and call it a day.

The nets would have deron, howard, and brooks.

I mean what are the magic looking for anyway? The problem is there aren't. They keep playing games when all along they are trying to convince dwight to stay.

Loved? I'm sure the only fans that matter to him are the ones cheering for him in his home arena (soon to be in Brooklyn)

Ya know what... I dont even want DHow anymore... jus sooooo sick of all these primadonna athletes screwing over their teams.... granted, the magic shoulda been making moves to get him a better supporting cast looooong before now... but the way DHow has conducted himself in public declarations (demanding trade publicly, sayin hed rather go to NJ as a free agent, so on..)..... jus screw him... he'll never win a championship...

Wait, so if he stays put for the remainder of this season and then joins the Nets this summer, they could have a Big 4 of Deron, MarShon, Lopez, and DH12?

    Got DAMN.
