    I don't know, but given how the rest of the game went, the odds would have been pretty slim. You don't double the offensive yardage of the other team very often and lose by double digits. Carolina shot themselves in the foot time after time.

    Fair enough. In the end though Denver did enough and they made the plays they had to make to win. Carolina wasn't going to play a perfect game (no team ever does) on offense, there were going to be drops and other mistakes. All the credit should go to Denver. I'm sure you're probably not intentionally doing this but it sounds like you're taking credit away from Denver who earned their victory because you keep bringing up the unforced mistakes that Carolina made which may or may not have won them the game if they hadn't.

    Denver should get the credit. They made the plays they needed to, and Carolina didn't.
