per Kevin Ding (very reliable imo) and bleacher report http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...back-issues-steve-nash-to-miss-2014-15-season
Why can't they just say Steve Nash retires? Oh that's right, he's still cashing checks, and Lakers management has been an incompetent joke going on four years now.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>In three seasons, the Lakers have paid Steve Nash $27.9 million for 65 games.</p>— darren rovell (@darrenrovell) <a href="https://twitter.com/darrenrovell/status/525443456899252224">October 24, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
first ballot HOF...Just announce his retirement...Nash should be very happy with how his career has gone...
I am really enjoy the tears of defeat by FakerNation...lollllll Once Nash, Kobe and Dwight were supposed to destroy the league...oh how the might have fallen. Trading for Nash forever crippled the franchise's future.
Sad to see the end of his career come... Just a really fun player to watch. Hard to think of any one player that made there teammates so much better. What's so great about the NBA is as Nash leaves players like Curry/Lillard are taking his place. So much talent in the NBA... especially at the point guard position.
Sorry, but this whole deal is shady -- he has nerve damage then heals up -- then he re-injures himself lifting a bag and he's out for the entire season..?
Its only a matter of time before Kobe goes down too. Linsanity is going to take over LA. Lin is going to get like 18-8 and get another ridiculous contract.
Uh, that and Dwight leaving and Kobe's achilles tear/ fractured knee. And of course Kobe signing a near max contract in the meantime.
