Where does LeBron rate? Olajuwon? Wilt? Kareem?

    I know that it's been done 100 times, but 101 won't hurt...

    My greatest team of all-Time

    1st team.

    Wilt Chamberlain
    Bill Russell (or Akeem Olajuwon)
    Larry Bird
    Michael Jordan
    Magic Johnson

    Second team

    Hakeem Olajuwon
    Tim Duncan

    Third Team

    I would go with:

Center - Hakeem Olajuwon - Outstanding defender, very good rebounder, and IMO he had the greatest offensive skillset of any Center in history. And yes, I am biased.

Power Forward - Elvin Hayes - It's very close between him and Duncan, but Elvin was an absolute monster in every sense of the word. Amazing rebounder, great defender (maybe the best defensive PF ever), and a very good offensive player.

Small Forward - Larry Bird - It's either Bird or Elgin Baylor.... Either one is a perfectly reasonable choice, but I pick Bird because he fits in better with this team.

Shooting Guard - Michael Jordan - I don't have to explain myself on this one, do I?

Point Guard - Magic Johnson - Some would say that there "aren't enough balls to go around" on this team, but if anyone could make it happen, it'd be Magic.

Why is there a poll on the greatest center when you are asking about All-NBA teams?

If you're not going to put Stockton and Malone in the top ten at their postitions, then I'm not taking your lists seriously. They were great players and it's been a long time. Get over it.

Kareem is the greaster center of all time. He would be GOAT, if Jordan would not unretire.

I admit Malone was very good, Stockton too, but it's Utah, I am a Houston fan...it is genetically programmed in us to hate the Utah Jazz.

My 4 year old daughter doesn't even know about the Utah Jazz, but when she sees them on 2k12 she says, 'ewwww yucky...I don't like that team daddy'

    Can't argue with Genetics.

Putting my bias aside you have to pick Kareem as the best center.

Talent is one thing. Being the greatest is another. Honestly, with his stature, strength, and athleticism, there truly should not be a person on this planet that can stop him, but perhaps his biggest flaw is not his inability to finish close games but his ability to settle for “good enough.” And you just can't be the greatest if you're okay with "good enough."
