    Tough luck for these guys. Just going by the article, I don't think they have a case, unless the team made specific assurances to them that their seats were going to be the only ones that could officially be transfered. Even then, one might argue that any seat can be transfered legally, regardless of what the team says, which would further weaken the plaintiffs' case.

    I take it the use of "well-heeled" in this context is referring to white, rich folk who are butt hurt that they are no longer able to squeeze some profit out of these tickets. Screw those guys.

    They are essentially the same type of people who get to sit in the lower bowl in Toyota Center and ignore the game happening rift before ther eyes.

    Business has the right to run the business. The fans should've bought the tickets because they wanted to see the games.

    Anyone else assume this was because the Jazz fans were mad that minorities were allowed to sit up front? I guess not, I was foolish to think minorities ever went to Jazz games.
