Some notes about the back-to-back games:

Back-to-back record: 23-17. 9-2 at home. 14-15 on the road.

31-11 on non-back-to-back games. 24-6 at home. 7-5 on the road.

    2nd game of back-to-back record: 12-8

    1st game of back-to-back record: 11-9

    2nd game of ROAD back-to-back record: 5-4

    1st game of ROAD back-to-back record: 3-9

They did not win both games of any road back-to-back last year. They won both games of a back-to-back sometimes when one of the games was a home game. But most back-to-backs were splits.

Surprisingly, the first game of the back-to-back gave the Rockets more trouble than the second game of a back-to-back... especially if both are road games.

useful information for my gambling habits...:)

So if they lose the first game of a back to back, I'm gonna bet heavy that they will win the second game!!!

    Thanks for that info.

These first 2 wins were big even though they were against sub par teams. Both are tough places to play especially considering they were home openers.

This team is better than last year.

My projection for this season based on the record so far is 82-0.

Seriously, thanks for the effort. It's interesting to know but hard to understand why they lose the first game more.

And that should be 3-6 for the first game of road back to backs. I typed 3-9.

Different team than last year man. Past performance is not an indicator of future results in this case. Wait till you get more data for this year...maybe till Christmas...then I'll be right behind ya with my own gambiling habits....lol.
