When he does get the minutes he ain't winning the job. Dmo needs to put up or shut up or get out of the woods.

He's not improved all of a sudden though he did seem indeed to pull players when they stank it up quickly and tried out different combos. Still, we managed only 106 points in 2 games against bottom dwellers and that is with hitting a lot of threes at a great percentage! This group needs time but the lack of any sort of plan on offense is still mind-boggling. It's really ugly 1-on-1 basketball, i feel like I'm watching the Francis era all over again. Of course a lot is on the players too, but coach is responsible.

You're not going to score a lot of points playing at a slow pace, didn't tip you off that we shot well but only scored 106?

Not sure if it's Mchale or just our opponents.

Our first two games are a walk in the park to be honest.

Nah. He still needs more time.

    Bigs take longer to flourish.

S/O to mchale tho, still having his team prepared, without a extra big & another playmaker.

    Getting the job done

McHale has always been the same coach. And you wrongly assume that head coaches have any effect on their team during the game except for substitutions. Offensive timeouts favor the defensive team so play calling is way overrated. How does a fan rate their head coach? Is every player satisfied and following the offensive and defensive systems. Nothing more.
