High school football player faces 70 charges for exposing himself in team photo

He probably plays for the wrong team, hence the extreme amount of personal fouls called on him.

 

Yea stupid teenage peer pressure and decision. Why everybody got to be so damned offended though all of the time. Get the kid in trouble, maybe some school suspension, can't walk across stage, etc..., laugh it off. What is happening to common sense???

 

If the school wants to press charges, they should be prosecuted for distributing p*rnography to minors.

I don't think the yearbook staff/teacher should be held responsible. I'm not even sure that's something you'd be able to make out on a team photo, unless the kid just dropped his pants. You're telling me the kid didn't know it was a YB picture that was going to get distributed? And isn't the staff usually a bunch of kids that do most of the work?

 

I cant see ****. You would expect with today's technology I would be able to see it.

Really? I'm sure it looked like just another team photo at first glance. I don't think yearbook staff should have to search group photos for subtly exposed genitals.
