Hoping for a Clyde, Peja, or Tim Hardaway.

I wasn't sure what criteria to use. The impact players are obvious, and the majority of the list at least played in the league. It might have been easier to mark busts, but I wasn't sure of some of the early picks. In the end, I decided to just post the list as is and trust that someone more knowledgeable than I might expand on it.

I looked and didn't find any, but I figured I wasn't the first. Great minds think alike. :)

Underclassman back then was suspect. And he didn't have a jumper. Basically raw athleticism.

So basically, of the 30 picks

    1 superstar(Clyde) 3.3%
    4 all-star caliber(Clyde, Majerle, Hardaway, Peja) 13%

Not bad odds. Although it's pretty clear no one's going help us much next year. Unfortunately, at 14 you're not going to get an impact player in his rookie season. Even if you hit the jackpot and get the next Clyde. Not to mention the learning curve will be higher for a big man.
