I was looking at Rashard Lewis but now that he's picked I get to go with another guy. I'm picking Kiki Vandeweghe. He can be a stretch 4 or 3 and he averaged 29 ppg in the 80s. I was also considering Brian Cook or Darko Milicic to wave the towels but I'll go with somebody who can actually play.
Same here haha, plus the "how good was player XY" on reddit and other forums. For earlier rounds I often go with the Simmons Book of Basketball.
You dead to me now, breh. Cook is GOAT. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/dyMdShjtEfw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I will take another all-star 3 and D guy in Hersey Hawkins. I'm really surprised no one took him. I probably would have taken him over Brent Barry if I remembered.
Young padawan has joined the dark side, chasing Jazz and Mavs players in this draft. RedNation never used to draft Jazz players before. Do you want Adrian Dantley too? Another Jazzman who crushed young Rockets' hearts in the playoffs back in the day. Perfect fit for your rotten soul, RedVader. I'll trade him to you for McHale and Vernon Maxwell.
Very very nice pick. Seeing this is why I joined this draft in the first place. 5 star pick. I imagine he was an idle to Dirk growing up: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8QJkg7ZyNCI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> These guys played such a fluid game in Denver. Too bad Alex English didn't have both Fat Lever and Kiki in the same year. They may have gone to the finals if they could have put those 3 on the court together. Fat Lever and Alex English made the WCF their first year together.
Great pick. I was surprised he was still available when I looked at his stats. But I needed a bigger guy and somebody that blocked shots. I was going to pick Kiki for the Vonzrafer team
So everyone has picked their team with the exception of FTW breh. He has 1 final picks. After that, we can create Von Rafer's super dream team.
