Lavine Wiggins and Shabbaz are all wings. Lavine is incapable of playing the pg right now, and Wiggins has been determined to play the SG because it helps him with the matchups. (plus makes his defence a little less terrible). They are trying to turn Lavine into a pg though. They so LOVE him. In this next draft their priority, should be pf. But if they can't get one of the top 2, then probably gonna draft Dunn. (Lakers and Suns not gonna draft a pg). That would make Ricky much more expendable.
Possibly will someone trade Dwight Howard, Clint Capela, Terrence Jones, and maybe a pick, for DeMarcus Cousins and Darren Collison at the moment?
Cousins is the only player I would consider trading Howard for. I would rather not lose Clint since we would be down to Cousins, Dmo and Smith as our bigs, so I would definitely try to send a pick instead. I think Cousins could make up for lacking Howard's presence, which I do not see in Tyson Chandler, Brook Lopez, Pau/Noah or any of those other trade scenarios involving center swaps. Whiteside might be able to fill the role Moreyball would want (great defense, serviceable PnR) but I don't think he's proven himself enough yet. But yeah I would take that trade. I think it would be decent for both teams. I mean I think going forward Cousins has more value than Howard, but I think Rondo is a better enabler for Howard and I think Cousins would be indifferent with Harden. So good for Howard, good for Boogie, good for Rockets but probably not as sexy for Sacramento. I guess I don't see Sacramento as a win-now team and I only see Howard being dealt to a win-now team so that's probably not a possible scenario. But who knows, again the Harden trade came out of nowhere so Morey might have a trick up his sleeve. If we were trading with Sacramento in a non-Cousins/Howard swap, I'd definitely target Rondo. I would give up anything non-Howard/Harden and possibly even Ariza. (who I like a lot) Like, that's how much I believe Rondo can enable Howard. Plus Rondo plays phenomenal defense. He's also a personality that would hold people accountable which is definitely an issue our Rockets have.
Feel like a Milwaukee Bucks trade is inevitable. They're going to move someone. They are arguably the most disappointing team in the league. I'm not sure if there's anyone on MIL that fits what we need, but that's a team we need to exploit. People can question Morey, but the man has a history of great trades. I am curious to see what he could musters given MIL's tumultuous situation. We have a lot of tradable youth and 2nd rounders. I would a LOVE Henson addition.
shhhhhh keep it quiet we need to trade him oneday. Anyway his contract is okay, and he's not gonna get traded most likely. Not with a poison pill and not when he maybe end up be the starter C. In fact I am not sure anyone is gonna get traded in the end except if Charlotte is prepared to trade a first and Kaminsky for Monroe to try for the playoffs. I like Kaminsky. He's better defender than he was projected to be.
