I don't think we get enough out of timeouts. Everytime San Antonio came out of a timeout they ran a play for some specialist, either Horry, Udrik or Finley. Why not run a play for Novak, or Snyder to get the flow going again. Maybe Novaks defense is keeping him off of the floor but with as many 3's as they tried last night I would think that since all else was failing why not give the rook a shot.

when all else was failing, it is already in the final minutes. I don't think any of the NBA coaches will bench their starters or stars at that time, even Pop.

As much as I dislike JVG, I don't think we can attribute our lack of success out of timeouts to him. IMO it's totally the players' fault for poor execution and mental lapses. So far this season we've seen numerous boneheaded errors and passes coming out of timeouts. Two seasons ago our team executed very well and almost always scored coming out of a timeout.

i do not like yao shot those jumpers when he's really tired in the fourth Q, it happened last year too. we have to run some play to break spurs defense and get us some easy ones.
