Should I get a nose job? (ugh...I broke my nose)

Maybe there was no soccer game and the dude just wants a nose job.

 

Please explain what the ER is going to do about a broken nose. Give me a tissue to stop the bleeding? I had one. Give me some painkillers? I had ibuprofen. Tell me they need to wait for the swelling to go down before they can straighten it? I already knew that. Make sure I was breathing okay? I could breathe through my nose.
